For refurbishment, facade cost estimates and owners' associations: openings, cornices, balconies and wall panels measured, and the actual square metres of each finish.
What you receive
- Dimensioned elevation of each facade: openings, floor slabs, cornices, balconies, downpipes.
- Orthophoto of the facade to scale, if requested: a rectified photo on which you can measure and mark defects.
- Areas by material, if requested: m² of render, brick, stone, doors and windows, and openings, in a table.
- Photos, general and detail, sorted by facade.

Prices excl. VAT, per m² of facade. Supplements: orthophoto +25%, areas by material +20%. Travel: 35 km included; beyond that it is shown separately. Prices already include the 20% launch discount.
Frequently asked questions
Do you measure from the ground?
Yes, from the street and from accessible openings. We do not use scaffolding or work at height. Areas that cannot be seen from any point are marked on the drawing.
Does it count as a facade report or a building technical inspection (ITE/IEE)?
No. We deliver geometry and areas. The diagnosis of defects and any technical report or inspection are signed by a qualified professional, who can work from our drawings.
What about courtyards and party walls?
They are measured in the same way if there is access. Mention it in the notes field of the calculator.
