What we do
- Drawing up site sketches, paper drawings or PDFs as layered DWG.
- Drawing from a point cloud or dimensioned photos: floor plans, elevations and sections.
- Project drawings under your direction: layout plans, dimensions, finishes, doors and windows, construction details.
- Quantity take-offs by work item from the drawings, in a spreadsheet.
- Revit model at LOD 200 or 300 from your 2D drawings.

Prices excl. VAT, per m² of floor plan drawn. Supplements: elevations +20%, sections +15%, quantity take-offs +20%. Construction details and project drawings: fixed price according to scope. Prices already include the 20% launch discount.
How the office work runs
You send the material
Sketches, PDFs, dimensioned photos or a point cloud, and your layer template if you have one.
Fixed price
We confirm scope, price and delivery date in writing within one working day.
We draw
Queries about the material are resolved by email, marked up on the drawing itself.
You review
The work is delivered for your review and signature.
Frequently asked questions
Who signs the drawings?
You do. We draw under the direction of the professional who commissions the work; the drawings are delivered for their review and signature. AcotaLab does not sign projects.
Do you work with our template?
Yes: your practice's layers, dimension styles, title block and file names. If you have no template, we use our own layer standard, which you can see in the sample deliverable.
What about confidentiality?
We do not publish or show clients' work without written permission. We sign a non-disclosure agreement if you need one.
Which languages do you work in?
Spanish and English, including the lettering on the drawings.
